Chicago, Chicago – Part One

Hello dear friends! It has been awhile! How are you? I just got back from a nice little trip to Chicago. Woohoo! On top of that, I attended a family reunion, which was one of my life goals. Mission accomplished! I’ve never been to Chicago so of course I was snapping away with my camera at every turn. The architecture there is incredible! I felt like I was in a movie (specifically Divergent). Because of my obsession with taking photos, I have WAY too many pictures to share with you. I took over 200 pictures, narrowed it down to about 130, and am continuously narrowing it down to an even smaller, less intimidating number. Additionally, I’m editing a video for one of the days. Lots of work! Do normal people spend this much time sharing their experiences with people? I don’t even know. I wonder what it’s like to simply go on a trip without going crazy on it. Even though I took lots of photos, I don’t want to overload you with information, so I’ll be posting the pictures in different parts. Today, I’m posting Part One of my Chicago experience, which was mostly shot on my phone. A picture says a thousand words, right?
